Minuscule

“It’s the little things that count”

Little things are so small and insignificant. Like tiny microbes that fills the atmosphere, which can only been seen with a light microscopes. But, this tiny microbes are such important part of the ecosystem; maintaining an equilibrium unseen to the human eye. The little things… a friendly pat on the back on a rough day. A smile to brighten the cloudiest of days. Hugs... hugs are my favorite; the warmness you give or receive, the words conveyed between two hearts silently. The look of knowing; she was standing across the room from me but when we looked at each other we smiled because we are the closest of friends. The way his beautiful green eyes gaze into my dark brownish eyes. The simple words of “I will always be there for you” maybe it is not so simple but so simple in words it holds the power to strengthen the weakened soldier. I often think of my dear friends… the little things they do which so often they are not aware of that makes me love them even harder. It makes my life bloom with happiness. It is the little thing. Ice cold water after working out under the fiery sun, the way the water slowly travels down your esophagus cooling down your body. The little moment of contentment. The little moment of holding hands with my class sisters and praying with tears filled eyes because of been overwhelmed with so much love for each other; most of them I do not talk to them anymore but when I pray, I pray for them because they gave me many little moments that I cherish. My life has been filled with little things, little moments that I ought to treasure.

Dear friend, I Hope you will as well… your life is made up of the little things that counts. Treasure it all and fill up the little sections of your life with lovely and soul-satisfying things.
