Well hello. It has been awhile since I last posted on my blog. I often think of writing something for my blog, but time has not been very lenient with me. As the semester drew to a close, so did my capacity to process things. And time, well, time again was not something I had extra of. The week after my semester ended I got sick, which in some sense I expected, but how sick I was going to be was very unexpected.
Speaking of nursing school... It is a different kind of beast… When the semester ended I felt like I could let out the breath that I have been holding halfway. (Halfway because I am not done with school yet!). There are days I question myself and ask why am I here, but many, many times I have been given answers that this is where I belong. So yeah, if you ever see me crying at Braum’s eating my double scoop butter pecan in a waffle cone that cost $2.72, just know that it is just another day in my life as a nursing student.
I often struggle with coming up with things to write for my blog. I live a mundane life with nothing too out of the ordinary. But I did buy a pottery wheel a few months ago and I have been diligently practicing my pottery skills. Maybe by the time Christmas comes around I will have things that are good enough to be given as gifts lol.
The title of this blog is credited to Uncle Josh Schmidt. He was the VBS superintendent.
Love, Abigael
