This is the last blog that is about my trip to London and Paris.
10:00 am the taxi came to pick us up.
2:30 my plane took off…7 hours later I landed in NYC. It took me an hour to go through customs and then disaster struck….my luggage wasn’t arriving. 15 minutes no luggage, 30 minutes no luggage. A few of us that were on the same plane were all waiting for our luggage. The staff members kept telling us that are luggages are coming, but we knew they were still on the plane because a few of them had AirTags in their luggage. After what seemed like eternity, our luggage finally arrived. It was very stressful. I was going through travel blues, and the last thing I needed was for my luggage to be lost but thank God I was able to get my luggage. Dad came to pick me up and we had a nice drive home. Got home and unpacked everything, which I have been told is a very strange habit. Apparently, many people don’t unpack as soon as they get home from a trip. I am quite curious, which one are you? Do you unpack right away, or do you wait a few days before you do?
For some reason, this trip still feels so unreal. I cannot believe I actually went. A dear friend told me that I am ruined for life, because now that I have such good memories, I will always want to go on a trip. Thank you all for coming along and reading all my ramblings about this trip.
See you later,
Abigael

Abigail, I so wanted to walk the streets of London with you! Did you happen to get some bread from the Borough Market? It is absolutely Devine!
I also unpack right away!

Thanks!
it was interesting to follow along. Maybe because we have seen some of those same sites and makes it enjoyable to read.

Thank you for the reports ( I’m in the group who likes to unpack right away. ) I enjoyed seeing the museums and the historic places through your eyes because I have no patience to actually tour them. Poor Ed - he’s the kind who reads EVERY placard ALL the way through. I would have checked out the vintage markets in Paris, sure enough.
What a fabulous trip! It’s been a pleasure seeing London and Paris through your eyes. The world is wide - wouldn’t it be nice to travel to our heart’s content?? ❤️Love you, Mama Anne
Yep, you're ruined! 😄 But it's a good ruin!!
